Please read these terms carefully before registering as a Distributor. By registering, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract. All details provided during registration must be true, complete and accurate.
A Distributor is an independent business partner and not an employee, agent or legal representative of the Company. The Distributor is responsible for their own taxes and expenses.
You are responsible for keeping your User ID and password confidential. Any activity done through your account will be treated as done by you. Please inform the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Distributors must promote the Company's products honestly. No false, misleading or exaggerated claims about products, income or benefits are allowed.
Income is earned only through genuine product sales and as per the Company's approved compensation plan. The Company does not guarantee any fixed income. Payments are subject to applicable taxes such as TDS and verification of KYC documents.
Distributors must submit valid KYC documents when asked. Payouts may be held until verification is complete.
Any fraud, misuse of the Company's name, or harassment of other members may lead to suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.
The Company may update these terms or the compensation plan from time to time. Continuing to use the account after an update means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
